Gastronomy and Culinary Arts have emerged as prominent artistic domains both nationally and globally. Within our Faculty of Fine Arts, the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department was established to enrich and elevate the culinary landscape, leveraging the unique cultural and geographical richness of our country.Our department's objective is to cultivate chefs equipped with the latest culinary technologies while honoring authentic traditions and fostering creativity. The curriculum emphasizes hands-on practice, supplemented by internships facilitated by industry professionals to enhance students' practical experience.Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are qualified for various roles in the hospitality, restaurant, and catering sectors. They may pursue positions such as research chef, culinary scientist, catering manager, kitchen manager, or restaurant supervisor, or establish their culinary enterprises. Additionally, they have opportunities to explore roles in food research, writing, styling, and training, contributing to the diverse landscape of gastronomy and culinary arts.
