Graduates are equipped with expertise in both modern and traditional cooking techniques, as well as food and beverage management, cost control, and menu engineering. Additionally, they possess a deep understanding of world cuisines and can integrate culinary practices with various disciplines, including painting, sculpture, philosophy, etiquette, business administration, and tourism.
