Additionally, they are expected to evaluate the psychological impact of malocclusion and its treatment, provide preventive and interceptive orthodontic care, administer simple and complex orthodontic-orthopedic treatments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for orthognathic surgery or cleft lip-palate treatments, assess orthodontic treatment needs, deliver high-quality and ethical orthodontic care, continuously enhance professional skills, stay updated with orthodontic literature, engage in scientific research, critically evaluate information, and effectively communicate clinical and research findings both in written and oral formats.
