In today's world, the focus on food and beverages extends beyond mere consumption to include sensory, chemical, and microbiological quality. Additionally, the presentation and service of meals play a crucial role in consumer choices. With evolving social and cultural dynamics, there is a growing demand for diverse tastes globally. Gastronomy, which encompasses the preparation of food and beverages to meet consumer preferences while ensuring health and safety, has gained significance. Recognizing this trend, our department aims to train experts in gastronomy, offering lectures on general culture, art, business, nutrition, and nourishment. The program integrates theoretical knowledge with practical exercises in kitchen operations, organization, and presentation, all supervised by industry experts. Over four years, students engage in a curriculum that merges culinary arts with artistic expression. In the final two years, students undergo work placements in high-level establishments, graduating as skilled gastronomists ready to meet the demands of the industry.
