The program utilizes inter/multi/transdisciplinary approaches to analyze, plan, manage, and design complex natural and built systems. Graduates are prepared to be leaders in their communities, firms, and organizations, possessing an enhanced understanding of multidisciplinary efforts and improved communication skills across different fields of knowledge. They can apply knowledge from one discipline to address problems and projects in another, becoming leaders in administrative, legislative, academic, research, design firms, or organizations involved in land use.
